Proper ways to brush your teeth


             Brushing is an integral part of our daily habits, typically we have a tendency to ignore the connection of it. We will brush for the sake of doing it and we just ignore the danger factors that bad brushing due lack of oral hygiene. Especially, in aging you will find more health problems like gum diseases, caries and many other problems. So inorder to cut back your all oral problems , you have to brush in right way.

Following are some healthy dental tips for cavity adb bad breath :-
  • Proper brush selection : Be sure that your brush fits your mouth and you should feel good in your mouth and hand, avoid difficulty.
  • Provide time : You must brush for at least minimum 2 minutes, daily twice.
  • Use right technique : Hold your brush in forty five degree angle to your gum and brush short up and down rather than wide side to side strokes.
  • Selection of proper toothpaste : choosing proper toothpaste matters a lot, so rather than choosing like toothpastes which has harsh on enamel , isntead select plain fluoride toothpaste.
  • Don't make : You should not brush your teeth more than 3 times a day, because it will touch upon the namel and may harm your gums.
  • Flossing : Flossing should include in your daily life habit. It is necessary because as your brush can't reach all your teeth for proper clean.
  • Limit your bitter consumption : Energy drinks and bitter willdies can soften your enamel and increase the danger of caries.
Apart from these points, for your dental health – always keep your toothbrush clean and change your toothbrush for each 3-4 months . Don't keep your brush in bathroom, as that is not the cleanest place in the house.
